Pros
If you excell at your job, Dish Network is not affraid to promote from within. I have been working there for 1.5 years and have already been promoted twice. You need to be able to fulfill the necessary duties of your job and go above and beyond to move up, but they will promote you if are good
Cons
The HR policies at Dish Network are very antiquated. They only give 2 weeks of vacation to start and you don't get any more until you've worked there 5 years. At that point they give you 3 weeks. This is non-negotiable no matter what level of management you are at.
