Pros

Dish Network is one of the highest paid call centers in the area....they try (sometimes) to build morale by holding potlucks and having incentives about once a month.

Cons

1. Scheduling is a HUGE problem. No notice given, mandatory over time and no flexibility with scheduling. 2. Updates are daily and poorly communicated. 3. There is no balance. One moment they are focused on QA, the next AHT and the next CSAT. They seem to only approach problems once they exist. 4. Very unorganized and unsanitary bathroom conditions.

Pros

Decent performance compensation. Some of the individuals in management are great to work with. Awesome resources to gauge performance. Great training department

Cons

They do not balance life and work well. too often there is little notice on business and schedule changes. The center is progressing but is not quite there yet.
