Pros

Okay in terms of work--never really overloaded. That's about it.

Cons

Bad generally all around. Starting pay is 2-3 dollars lower an hour than most dispatching positions and there is no room for advancement. Every process is micromanaged to a T and human resources is lacking. No communication between management and employees and employee feedback is rarely, if ever, taken seriously.

Pros

Fast paced enviroment, that if you have the energy to keep up will allow you to advance in your knowledge of systems and IT in general. Like minded peers who stick with you on problems until they're solved.

Cons

Caustic environment - that's from the top down. Culture is one of misinformation meant to push staff to work long hours every quarter to make up for unrealistic project timeframes.

Pros

Good Benefits. Overall positive attitude towards success and becoming "best in class." Very professional overall feel. Safety is one of the up most priorities of the company.

Cons

Local management mostly ignorant towards what happens in the field as an installer, thus leading to many misunderstandings and concerns. Extreme low tolerance (equivalent to termination) to some of the most minute misconduct.
