      Management needs to trust thier employees more.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to gain experience working on a variety of projects. Company is continually growing and has lots of room for growth, as most people don't stay long.

      Cons

      Every decision must be made by a VP, causing project time-lines to not be meet. Upper management has little trust in their employees to be professionals, even holding high school style assemblies to explain the dress code and hours you must work. Old chairs and office equipment making an uncomfortable work environment. Benefits don't start until after 90 days, and are not good.

      Pros

      Stable job, travel to different places within your area every day.

      Cons

      Poor management decisions starting from the CEO. No room for advancement within the company. Criteria for promotion is dependent upon too many variables that a technician has no control over (i.e. cancellations due to customer not wanting system after technician has arrived and cancellations due to customer being ill-informed about pricing.) Promotions are a very rare occurence within this branch.

      » Management generally not receptive to change; emphasis on reactionary decisions - preoccupied with "fighting fires" » A demand for productivity and efficiency that unfortunately ignores employee satisfaction and concerns » Widespread duplicate and incomplete work, frequent functional silos and counter productive sub-cultures; poor standardization of practices and outdated tools typical » A management culture that promotes coercion as an accepted practice to drive results
