Pros

Decent pay but other than that nothing really.

Cons

If you are a product owner or PM this is the company for you. If you are an engineer stay away. So many managers, product owners and at times product owners act as architects making the life of an engineer horrible. Agile heavy middle management. Upper Management is clueless, except few most of them dont even deserve to be in those positions and are clueless about software development or IT. They are only interested in cutting costs, getting things dont but pressuring developers. And company offers absolutely no benefits whasoever. And no one knows the direction the company is headed. so if you are a new Engineer planning to join, I would recommend to stay away. Its not worth it.

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities if willing to learn. Many solid people who can deliver good software. IT engaged in limited attempt to become agile.

Cons

Too many unproductive middle management with no practical purpose in an agile world. Too many PM's and support role people making agile team top-heavy and unproductive. Industry is on down hill trajectory. Company spent way too much capital on useless spectrum without telling anyone what are the actual goal of hording them. No bonuses, very small raises. Performance review are used as tools to keep wage low, not to reward or to invest in people. There is no incentive to be better for employees. There is no financial rewards for outperforming one's duty. The only people awarded seems to be directors or above. Still reward employees based on how many fires they put out and not how many fires they avoid putting out. The "idiot" clubs are for actual idiots who would work extra without any additional incentives.

Pros

Free TV Subscription Some good people that work there

Cons

No work from home, ever, including when there is feet of snow on the ground. There is a thing called the "Badge Report" that tracks what time you badge in and out of the building and your work is partially valued based on the number of hours you are physically in the building. Also if you come in after 9am (even with an excuse) it's a huge deal. The health care is terrible and if you need to use it because you (or anyone in your family) has a medical condition or is pregnant you will spend upwards of $6000 so factor that into your salary negotiations. Maternity leave is 6 weeks paid at 60% and there is no paternity leave. You also have to use up all your PTO before that STD kicks in. Management is run by politics that you won't be able to decipher. If they like you, great, you will be given promotions and opportunities, if they don't, you won't understand why and will have no ability to change it. Overall the attitude of upper management is that you shouldn't be so "privileged" to want things like good health care, work from home, or a flexible schedule of any kind. Their inability to change and offer these things means that most talented people will eventually leave.
