Free Dish Service and discounts.

Cons

I worked at Dish Network for about 2 years in tech support. Most customers you deal with are angry prior to you even answering the line, due to service issues which is understandable. So you're basically getting paid next to nothing to get yelled at by ppl all day. I'd say the only positive take-away I have is that it helped me appreciate every job I got after I left there. Wouldn't recommend.

Un supportive management Inconsistent Strict attendance policy Huge turnover A lot of the senior management is clueless on policies To be noticed you have to kiss butt
