      Loved working with my leadership and the field. The field team worked really well together.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership did not listen to the field experience. It often felt like certain teams in Colorado looked down upon the field team. Pay.

      Some decent travel opportunities, okay perks like very cheap satellite TV service,

      Company is very disorganized and doesn't care about it's employees at all. Several reorganizations in terms of company structure as well as products and services offered in a short amount of time. I worked there for just over 5 yrs in the same position and had 7 different managers. At one point our manager was fired and we had no manager at all for 3 months, but there was also no adjustment to processes that required managerial approval. Little room for promotion if you're remote. Little incentive for employees -- no healthy living programs, no gym access or fitness center at the HQ, badge swipes are heavily scrutinized, Benefits are mediocre at best.
