Pros

Not many to mention. A lot of company churn so opportunities to move laterally or temorarily upward may be in place.

Cons

Stagnant overgrown company, oppressive work environment in terms of IT (software availability, internet access) and building access (entries/exits monitored), lack of innovation, no thought leadership.

- Free TV services - Great co-workers - Pays the bills - Many opportunities to learn, since people are often thrown into tasks outside of their individual scope due to short staff

Cons

- Poor benefits - No growth opportunity for women with very few women in leadership roles - Executives don't exemplify the same behaviors they demand from employees - Executives often raise their voice to employees - Executives make unrealistic requests without providing the necessary support - Poor communication and leadership

CEO is charged up, pushing for change. Change is visible for the better but not enough. Compensation structures have improved, work environment has improved

Cons

Management - middle management, compensation, systems, communications. No systems in place. everyone seems to be doing their own thing. middle management is poor. not knowledgeable. Actions attempted by CEO are neutralized by them. Compensation has improved but not up to industry standards. No systems in place to get most productivity. No structured thought processes behind business decisions..
