Very smart people, some quirks to get used to

Pros

The smartest people I've ever worked with. Good at promoting from within. Like most companies, your experience depends on your department and your manager. I had some very strong managers. Everyone is very focused on the customer.

Cons

There are heavy handed policies that aren't necessary. The impact of these policies may depend on your department. Benefits were average to below average. No work from home option when I was there
