Pros

Hours are not so bad

Cons

Insurance plans are minimal at best (many of my medications were not at all covered), a weird and dismissive culture indicative of a company well on its way out (e.g. lack of vision, deadlines regularly missed, little social interaction, etc.), and the campus is an extremely depressing space for the level of engineers they are hoping to recruit.

Pros

Looks good on a resume. Thats about all.

Cons

Silos, low pay, outsourcing, 6 week bootcamp for all new hires, arbitrary policy making, dishonest managers, constant feeling of dread over losing your job because they table projects all the time without warning, excessive turnover rate for a company its size, inconsistent merit increases, poor benefits when compared with similar sized companies, no work culture what-so-ever.
