Too many unproductive middle management with no practical purpose in an agile world.
Too many PM's and support role people making agile team top-heavy and unproductive.
Industry is on down hill trajectory.
Company spent way too much capital on useless spectrum without telling anyone what are the actual goal of hording them.
No bonuses, very small raises.
Performance review are used as tools to keep wage low, not to reward or to invest in people.
There is no incentive to be better for employees. There is no financial rewards for outperforming one's duty. The only people awarded seems to be directors or above. Still reward employees based on how many fires they put out and not how many fires they avoid putting out.
The "idiot" clubs are for actual idiots who would work extra without any additional incentives.
