None, I was excited to start working here and my over all experience has been awful.

Cons

This company doesn't care about its employees. They gave me a hard time getting maternity leave. They have me a hard time about returning once I got it. They give you points for being in the hospital against your attendance. If customers fail to upgrade there equipment or want a bill lower ot negatively effects you . If you continue have enough customers upgrading you don't get a raise. They hid the fact that employee information was stolen for several months. They never made a statement that we had a data breach to customers. They nit pick all your work.

Pros

Steady income and the benefits were pretty decent.

Cons

Dish is a company that takes advantage of the “cost of living” pay rate. For the high level of micromanagement they do all employees in that position should have equal pay. Someone who is hired after me, has less experience and might not be as detailed oriented as me is being paid $5 more because of their location. Disgusting.
