DLA - is it good?

Pros

Admins work in a Hub. Some Hubs are different. If you like sharing the work load it's fine. You have to work together in a team as you're in the Hub

Cons

You don't in the Hub you don't get to see something from start to finish as anyone can pick it up and work on it. You're not supporting people one on one. With the Hub you have to like each other or it doesn't work.
