Pros

- great environment in terms of people - outstanding client portfolio - possibility to work with international clients and colleagues

Cons

- poor pay compared to other international law firms - poor people management by partners - no visibility for trainees and young lawyers - general rules exist, however everyone is subject to its own exceptions - poor billing management by partners especially towards younger professionals - long hours with basically no limit line.
