Pros

Flexible schedule and tons of overtime, offices word wide, generous maternity leave and insurance. Some very smart partners. Beautiful offices. Typical Silicon Valley high tech firm but more international.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted, many come and go, several strong personalities, not many forms and not much training provided but this forces you to learn quickly on your own and build your teams.
