Absolutely none whatsoever to speak of
Cons
No leadership, no support, always expected to work late (often just for appearances), partner I worked for was incompetent (often admitting as much to me) and had no management skills. Very high turnover amongst both professional and support staff. Literal tumbleweeds rolling between the carrels . Extremely grim atmosphere. Anyone contemplating working here shouldn't - you'll find other options
