Pros

Very supportive work place, great culture, good people, good management, forward-looking, flexible working (relatively), efficient systems and processes. Enjoyed working here.

Cons

Long hours and hard work, although partners were the hardest working of the lot. This is to be expected of a law firm though so I wouldn't complain about that.

Pros

Big-law market pay; decent bonuses; nice offices (generally); ability to work remotely from various offices; diverse work opportunities due to firm size and breadth.

Cons

Little culture; much scrutiny/discussion about hours; few training opportunities.
