Pros

A lovely friendly place to work with great colleagues. Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and innovation is rewarded. Opportunity to work internationally.

Cons

Mish mash of different management styles and processes. Depending on who you work for depends on how good your experience of the firm will be. Not very advanced in fundamental business processes like marketing, HR, Finance.

Pros

Big growth plans, and very well defined specialties. The firm has a great brand and is very well know in the marketplace.

Cons

The department I worked in felt seperate from the firm overall, but I only worked there for a short time. The position I was hired for accomplished our goals quicker than expected
