      Competitive pay for the industry. All remote work is great.

      Cons

      Company is way too excited about A.I. overbearing, untrustworthy, will grind you into dust. Treats you like a dumb kid.

      "Easy to do Business With" at DLB

      Pros

      Overall good company culture. I love the remote aspect of it. The staff is very positive and nice with one of our core values being that employees are "easy to do business with". Working life at DLB provides for a good work-life-balance where you are encouraged to find your professional passion while also encouraging employees to take time for themselves and with loved ones.

      Cons

      Due to our rapid growth there have been a lot of process changes so not recommended for those that are not willing to learn and grow along with it.

      DLB is a 100% remote company that encourages learning both in your role and in areas of your interest that may be outside your role. Team is supportive and wants to drive employees to learn and not be stagnate.

      Cons

      DLB's culture of communication, while industry leading, can be a change from the norm.
