Pros

The best part about working at DLB for me has been how much I love the job. It's enough to challenge you but not constantly overwhelm you. All of the benefits are awesome. This includes insurance, items paid for, PTO, etc. Also, some of the company leaders make a real effort to help you progress.

Cons

The progression scale is very strange and feels so non-linear it almost seems like empty promises sometimes. I also feel like I work harder than anyone else yet I'm less rewarded. I can work nonstop for 5 days straight and make less than someone actually doing nothing for the same amount of time.
