Pros

The workspace is beautiful and there is a good group of people there to work with. There is always work to be done and it is easy to stay busy.

Cons

The learning and growth aspect was lacking at DLB. There was more reporting on the work that was being done than actual work being done. Otherwise, there were not many cons.
