      Full benefits. Paid while on the bench. Access to some good training resources online.

      Cons

      They assign you where there is a need. As a result, some assignments do not provide any career growth or learning. Little control of where you get assigned.

      Pros

      Great company that truly puts its employees at the center of their agenda. The office stafff and upper management are extremely supportive and look to identify opportunities that suit both your career goals and the goals of the organization. Hard work equals greater pay and they truly value work ethic, something other organizations sometimes take for granted.

      Cons

      Need to provide better insight in how the company is financially performing, it provides consultants a since of accomplishment in knowing their contributions are a direct result of the companies progress. Also should work on building more advance/challenging client portfolio/engagements.
