-Constant unsafe work enviroment -Logistics Management retaliates when you bring up concerns -Certain employee are required to have additional take on additional liabilities without compensation -Logistics manager is extremely unprofessional during any meeting that difference of opinions occur

Commissions can be very good. Good machine selection to sell when available

Cons

Micromanagement, executive team has no idea what they are doing, no plan or direction. High turnover of staff, nepotism, constant change, toxic environment. If your a sales professional looking for a stable company, look elsewhere.
