Pros

Good pay and bonuses when I first started. Hours not too demanding.

Cons

They stopped giving bonuses at the end of 2016. Factory is not run well, and is often behind on production, so engineers would often have to work as assemblers for months at a time.

Pros

DMG MORI has summer and winter celebrations. Pay is great for some. The manager will bring donuts maybe once every half a year.

Cons

High level of micro-management in the factory. No matter how erroneous a worker may be, disciplinary actions tend not to occur, so workers can do as they please. The company is understaffed and turnover is high in the factory. Pay is mediocre for some.
