Pros

Good benefits, 401k, potential for a yearly bonus, everyone gets a company laptop and cell phone

Cons

They have terrible communication between and within departments, there are many difficult computer systems to work with that constantly change, it's not easy to grow with the company if you are a woman, there aren't many women in management or with any sort of power. You don't get raises based on personal performance, it's more based on company performance. Their systems and culture are more Japanese based and that doesn't work so well in the US, particularly when it comes to how they promote and pay. It can be a toxic place to work.

Pros

- Most of the employees that were not senior management were great

Cons

- Male-driven environment - Excessive work politics, senior management is toxic, HR gossips - No work/life balance, unless it's a health concern. Life or death sort-of excuse - Incredible amount of micro-managing, even lunch times are managed. Forget breaks. Forget your child *If you have to leave just a little early to pick up your child, you'd have to compensate for that time--even if it's only half an hour* - Pay/benefits is insufficient for the workload - No check-ins (If you have any sort of work concerns, don't bother and throw it out of the window) - No career growth - No budget for anything. You'll be lucky to receive a *free lunch* expensed by a client, but yet senior management are given fancy cars to drive around
