autonomous work environment, production employees great to work with. local location ideal for my situation. Close to stores/restaurants. Travel time is constant.

Cons

Multicultural environment, management trying to impose Japanese work culture which causes resentment and resignations. Upper management doesn't value employees and barely greets them during the work day. Managers criticize employees in group emails and HR seems powerless to address this issue.
