Big company. Opportunities for advancement if you can pass their S level exams (company’s history, basic machining knowledge, quality assurance,etc). Good benefits package.

Cons

Some leaders have the wrong attitude towards workers. Different culture. Overtime but simply for working long hours not for working efficiently.
