This company pays very well and offers great benefits.

Cons

Management frequently micromanages their subordinates. When not paying attention to employees that are slacking off, they focus on making the hard working ones work harder. their logistics department is extremely lacking, and you will find executive level management yelling at the department manager of poorly performing departments quite often.
