      Pros

      Since there's absolutely no organization, you can work on, with, or operate anything you can see without any training credentials. That means, if someone teaches you you can learn and get experience doing a number of new and exciting things.

      Cons

      This company is a waste of time. If you plan on moving up, then plan on moving on. This place rewards good performance by keeping it hostage and preventing you from moving up because as long as you're there they look good.

      Benefits is probably the only thing that is good here

      A place that makes you feel like you're trapped and never appreciated. Horrible atmosphere, seems like you're in high school. The CEO of the company was extremely unprofessional and had an affair with one the administrators and they walked around the hallways flirting. The management is horrible, they don't have a structure and keep changing. The worst place to work for, I put my heart into this job only to realize nothing at the end was worth it.
