Pros

DMG MORI has summer and winter celebrations. Pay is great for some. The manager will bring donuts maybe once every half a year.

Cons

High level of micro-management in the factory. No matter how erroneous a worker may be, disciplinary actions tend not to occur, so workers can do as they please. The company is understaffed and turnover is high in the factory. Pay is mediocre for some.

nice environment, good people, possibility to travel, meet a lot of your colleagues that you exchange e-mails

Cons

working overtime, a lot of pressure, you have to meet a lot of deadlines during the day, satisfy unreasonable customers
