Pros

Good compensation and bonus programs. They have a lot of great people that work there.

Cons

Management is pretty awful. Tons of office politics. No work life balance whatsoever. Very stressful working environment. A lot of deadlines are dictated by the home office in Japan. Therefor the deadlines can be extremely tight and unrealistic since they really don't honor American holidays.
