      Needed to walk the walk with their pro-employee mission statement

      - decent work life balance - friendly, smart coworkers - company felt stable

      Cons

      - management felt disingenuous - all talk no action with regard to employee inclusivity - no raises to speak of - very little opportunity for advancement - supposedly on the list of best places to work but it never felt that way
