Pros
-Competitive pay -Good benefits package and PTO - Friendly environment and management is very approachable - Promotes from within, lots of opportunity for upward mobility
Cons
-Some positions could benefit from more new hire training to get up to speed -Smaller teams could have benefitted from additional support so that when someone is out of office the remaining team members aren't overwhelmed - Those in smaller teams would regularly have to work overtime to manage workload.
