Pros

Career progression is actually a thing and there are ample opportunities to advance and grow if you show the aptitude and take initiative. With some of the recent leadership changes there is a bright future for the DTS group in Indianapolis, a lot of the systemic issues caused by previous leadership are being corrected.

Cons

The benefits package leaves much to be desired, though HR has said they are working on it. Pay has historically been a bit low, though there are signs that is being fixed. There is a heavy focus for consultants on billable hours and executive leadership doesn't always do a great job of balancing that against retaining people.
