      Good Company, Changing Landscape

      Pros

      Company has a lot of great features, pay is good (if you negotiate well), work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      A lot of the benefits have been changed year after year, the bonus is not a part of your salary and should not be counted on, ever. Moving up and getting raises to match the market can be difficult if not impossible for some.

      Policy for PTO benefit keeps changing and on short notice. Insurance benefit premiums keep creeping up in costs.
