1. Really good projects. 2. Managers are overall good. 3. Hiring is very good so quality of resources are good. 4. Management and HR team is really good, they really care for ther employees. 5. Overall good pay and good hike. 6. Work life balance is good.

Cons

1. Need improvement in IT Support team. 2. Finance process really backdated. 3. Totally directed by on-shore people so no real decision making done from India. 4. No real opportunities for onsite. 5. It's growing organisation so need improvement.

The office is in Barcelona?

Where to start?! Myself and other colleagues were lied to about the advertised roles. The management have no idea what they are doing and constantly blame their staff for their own mistakes. Management are extremely unprofessional and lie about alot of important things and when its time to provide us what they said they would they pretend not to remember or claim that information is wrong! Dont waste your time here, the staff are super two faced and unprofessional, its not worth it!
