Awesome vacation benefits 3 weeks and quickly can grow to four weeks after 2 years. Free box tickets for employees at random for hockey games, basketball.

Cons

Hard to grow within the company.

Pros

I was able to internally apply for and obtain a new position within the first several months. It may depend on the contract, but where I am located, there is a lot of opportunity for internal promotion. They also seem to really listen to their employees when it comes to benefits and other issues.

Cons

None yet, but 6 months isn't long to learn such things.

They've started a lot of things like an employee app, intranet, newsletter, town halls, etc to try to get people more involved

Cons

There's a lot of offices and sometimes its hard to figure out which one you're trying to reach..
