      Senior management does not micromanage. Company offers solid benefits and wins contracts. Great culture. Military friendly.

      A lot of changes happening at the leadership level without effective communication with the employees. No clear goal shared of what the company wanted to achieve by these changes. Project pipeline is weak for offshore.

We know that recently we have had changes within our leadership recently and are continuing to find ways to work across our teams. It sounds as though you have not been a part of the All Hands Meetings we hold, company announcements, newsletters and Win Wire announcements.
