Getting to work on latest technology. Transparent mangement. Good Salary. They maintained Employee friendly environment. Getting chance to work with talented and helpful people. Prove your capabilities and you will get a chance to work on technology you like. Great Place for Work certified.

Salary on time that's it.

Cons

I don't know where to start. Only good thing about the company is salary on time. There is not much work to do. They will make you sit on bench for months. Managers won't listen to you if you ask for a favour. Projects are not good enough. They just want to stretch things out. If the work can be done in 1 week they will take 2-3 months to complete it by creating unnecessary issues. No proper management.

Flexible work times Salary and benefits as per or a bit more than industry standards Professional, Friendly and Ethical work environment Skills and talents appreciated Projects using latest technologies No hierarchal blockers across the teams. Senior and juniors mingle and work as one unit. Both onsite and offsite. Perfect work life balance Perfect place for someone self driven and confident. Frequent company sponsored team parties and overnight outings.

A bit difficult workplace for someone who needs constant mentoring. No conveyance provided (Since located in Pune city)
