Not much projects. And no learning because you won't have much work here.

Very good environment; nice colleagues; good location; Friday beer; ping pong table

Cons

low salaries; losing clients; every project is a new world thus no consistency; working with the India or Cambodia offices might be unpleasant

Pros

It is a very good company to work for if you are joining this company outside India as you will be working on the latest platforms and technologies.

Cons

All throw away work is sent to India so don't bother joining the team in India. The Indian management is not proficient in running this company and are simply spoiling the DMI brand built over the years. Heavy politics in upper management and very unprofessional too.
