There are so many opportunities to showcase your strengths - whether that is process improvement or leveraging your relationships...you drive your career. 2) Collaborative environment. 3) Access to leaders. 4) Pay for performance environment. 5) Fun place to work - break rooms, free snacks and drinks, fun employee events

1) Visibility across teams can be challenging. Teams tend to work in siloes. 2) Communication. 3) Leadership vision.
