Cons

A lot of changes happening at the leadership level without effective communication with the employees. No clear goal shared of what the company wanted to achieve by these changes. Project pipeline is weak for offshore.

We know that recently we have had changes within our leadership recently and are continuing to find ways to work across our teams. It sounds as though you have not been a part of the All Hands Meetings we hold, company announcements, newsletters and Win Wire announcements. Cons

During the interview process, DMI misdirected me by raising my expectations about salary ranges. I start with base salary with the expectation of salary rise in 6 months or at least one year. Although I worked in DMI for two years I only got %3.5 salary rise. They also misdirect me by saying that I can get promotion in a short time but I didn't get anything. I feel like management doesn't care about their employees at DMI International.
