None. I would never, ever encourage anyone to apply to work at this company.

Cons

The CEO of this company is a figurehead; the COO is the one who runs the show, and encourages a culture of backbiting and mistrust. You will be told you do not know anything, you will be yelled at, and you will not have any freedom in your position. They will treat you horribly and when they lay you off (basically they find an excuse to get rid of you if they don't like you) they are really nasty. They also do some pretty shady things both during and after employment. They get rid of their best employees because these are the people who can see through their BS. You will be expected to work weekends pretty much all the time and have no work/life balance at all. Horrible company.

Nice offices with state-of-the art amenities but it's all "show and tell" If COO had his way, the place would be filled with used desks from Craigslist.

Cons

Not a place to grow a career, be happy, or work with people of integrity.
