Pros

This company treats its consultants very, very well. Especially its developers. DMI appreciates sacrifice and is under the leader of excellent humans that really care about their subordinates. When I am on an engagement and I am doing well I am never bothered by DMI accept for the mandatory pep talk we have to go through once a month or the little nod your boss back at DMI will give you from time to time to let you know he or she is thinking about you. DMI and I have been through some trials together. They are good. I am coming up on a year soon.

Cons

I can't think of anything to complain about with DMI.

Fully Remote and decent benefits.

Cons

Direct Manager lacked any knowledge on the subject matter, effective leadership qualities, and overall communication skills. They were not qualified to be a manager or even work on the Contract.
