      1. Option to work from home 100% of the time. 2. Great team that I get to work with every day. 3. Manager actually cares about all the team members and fights for us. 4. Very helpful staff in HQ.

      If you are a seasoned professional and bring passion, drive and great ideas to the table, this is an excellent place to work! 1) New, creative ideas are welcomed. There are so many opportunities to showcase your strengths - whether that is process improvement or leveraging your relationships...you drive your career. 2) Collaborative environment. 3) Access to leaders. 4) Pay for performance environment. 5) Fun place to work - break rooms, free snacks and drinks, fun employee events

      1) Visibility across teams can be challenging. Teams tend to work in siloes. 2) Communication. 3) Leadership vision.
