      -DMI definitely supports and encourages professional development ie. obtaining certifications, engaging in workshops, etc... -"unlimited PTO"-meaning yes you technically don't have to worry about running out of PTO, however that does not mean you can just take months off at a time as that is unrealistic at any company -overall positive and engaging workplace environment -optional hybrid working experience as you can work full-time remote or go into the office when you want/need to -employees and managers are professional and nice

      Cons

      -as mentioned in the title, in my entire time with DMI (7-years), I've never seen a consultant be promoted up to a director or higher level... Typically the highest you can get is a "senior" level with a managing consultant role as well where you're responsible for being a younger consultant's mentor. --If you're looking for a company that you can come in as a lower level employee (in this case a consultant role) and work hard to eventually get to a director or even a vice president role this is 100 percent not the company for you as they ALWAYS hire in directors and VP's from outside the company.
