      Pros

      I’ve had so many opportunities to learn and grow in this role. My managers have become my mentors and they have encouraged me to take risks and test new ideas. Very open environment where I’ve felt free to speak up on issues that bothered me. The whole team has your back even when dealing with difficult clients.

      Cons

      Not a lot of control over which client you work for. Communication is not always clear from the top down.
