Awesome support from everyone locally. My direct managers are all nice and fully support any questions or concerns I have, along with doing a great job with finding new engagements for me

Cons

Some long time mid/high level members have been let go over the last year or so, seems that things are leveling out and the new organization is a bit clearer.
