- Safe and stable job, I've not heard of any one getting fired. - Plenty of projects and technologies to work with. Decent experience.

Cons

- HR always comes up with inconvenient rules and doesn't have the employees best interest at heart. - Low salaries, and always seem very tight with money. - Work space is not very pleasant.
