      Terrible management, they ignore all the problems. Pay increases don't keep up with inflation. No promotion opportunity, high turnover rates and poor morale especially among lower paid workers like warehouse and manufacturing.

      Good team who has been there a long time. A lot of people stick around for the long haul which says a lot. Not a huge overly scrum focused dev department with more flexibility than many places. Get to have experience with many different technologies

      Software is not primary product, most workers are warehouse and it shows in the office env and perks
